1. Limitation of liability
Under no circumstances shall Sakib Hasan be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or business interruption, arising out of the use, or inability to use, the materials on this site, even if I have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
If your use of materials from this site results in the need for servicing, repair, or correction of equipment or data, you assume all associated costs.
2. Project deliverables
Deliverables from a completed project code, themes, plugins, or configuration are provided for your use once the project is paid in full. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ongoing updates and support beyond the agreed project scope are billed separately.
You are not permitted to resell, redistribute, or offer work delivered under this agreement, modified or unmodified, as your own service without my written consent.
3. Ownership and liability
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, ownership of custom code and deliverables transfers to you once the project is paid in full. Any pre-existing tools, snippets, or frameworks I reuse across projects remain my own intellectual property.
Services and deliverables are provided as is without warranty of any kind, expressed or implied, beyond what's explicitly agreed for a given project. I am not liable for any losses or damages resulting from the use or inability to use delivered work.
Project agreements are non-transferable without prior written consent. For agencies and development partners: please make sure your own clients understand that direct support is provided through you, not automatically extended to them.
4. Refund policy
Refunds for project deposits and payments are considered case by case, based on how much work has already been completed at the time of a cancellation. Reach out as soon as possible if there's an issue, and I'll do my best to find a fair resolution.
5. Warranty
Services are provided without any warranty, either expressed or implied, beyond what's explicitly scoped for your project. Compatibility with every browser, device, third-party plugin, or external system isn't guaranteed by default this is something we can confirm together before a project starts.
6. Ending a working relationship
I reserve the right to pause or end a project relationship without prior notice for reasons including but not limited to
- Abusive, defamatory, or malicious behavior towards me or other clients
- Spreading false or misleading information about my work
- Non-payment or repeated failure to provide information needed to complete a project
- Involvement in hacking, spamming, piracy, or other illegal activities
- Requests that would put the security or integrity of a website or its users at risk
7. Privacy policy
I value your privacy. I do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties. Your data is used solely for purposes such as
- Project and invoice processing
- Communicating about your project
- Billing disputes
- Screening for fraudulent activity
- Legal compliance
